The pdf files for the most recent publications can be accessed and downloaded for free from the "Publications" section on the data.imf.org home page. 

Previous publications are available to subscribers of the text portion of eLibrary.  If you are a subscriber to the text portion of eLibrary, go to eLibrary site at http://elibrary.imf.org. 

Then go to the Series drop-down, highlight “IMF Statistics” and then select International Finance Statistics. You will see various issues of the International Financial Statistics listed. Sort them by Date - Recent to old to facilitate your selection.

If you see a pdf icon, you are a text subscriber and may click on the pdf icon and access the complete publication.  If you don’t see a pdf icon, then you are not a subscriber to the text portion of eLibrary and cannot access the file.
